Dear Towers Residents,
Management will be accessing all units on Wednesday, November 4th and Thursday, November 5th to inspect for water issues. This is due to an abnormally high-water bill.
Management will check the following in each unit: toilets, sinks, and showers
Door key checks will be performed at the same time.
Inspection schedule: We plan to start on the 5th floor, then move to the 4th floor, and continue working down through the building over the two days.
Please plan for access based on your floor.
Mailbox keys: Please give Towers management a copy of your mailbox key. We will keep it safe in case yours is lost.
The inspections should be quick and are important for finding leaks and controlling water costs for the community.
