Maintenance Notice for Replacement of Water Valves
To All Towers Residents:
The water will be shut off on Friday, July 24, 2009 from 9 am to 4 pm for repairs to the main water valve stack. We apologize for the inconvenience.
With having the recent water leak inspections, our findings have been numerous Units with major water leaks that are seriously costing the Association and increase in dollars for the water sewer bill of unnecessary waste.
Therefore we have found a need in two fold, to have the Unit owner repair the leaks at their expense and have the Towers repair each main valve for each stack because of age. We apologize for this but find it absolutely necessary for the ongoing maintenance program.
If your Unit water apparatuses are leaking and to limit the shutdown of the building of water please notify Mark Alonso so we may have your Unit repaired reasonable priced and perform the repair all at once.
