The Towers Condominiums.: Maintenance Updates 2021

As part of The Towers Condominiums continuing efforts to keep our property in pristine condition, the following maintenance items are being addressed:

· First floor walkways are partially painted
· New grill labels
· All curbing is pressure washed
· All drains snaked
· New parts placed in gas grills
· 3 Cameras replaced
· New wiring replaced for cameras for cameras installed
· Storage Lockers emptied and re-assigned to owners
· A/C in Clubhouse Serviced
· Cracked Concrete Stucco re-applied
· New Telephone Board are installed for the north elevator
· Website is updated for Numerous Areas – Sales Application and community portal added
· Carports are being replaced
· New sod has been planted in areas with shrubbery
· Flowers have been planted
· The roof has been serviced by Crowther Roofing monthly-updates with pictures on website
· All condensers on roof checked for hurricane straps, insulated lines, brass ID labels and electrical secured
· Pool heater is serviced
· All trees trimmed for upcoming hurricane season are trimmed
· Pool Deck and curbing has been pressure washed including sewer grated and walking stones
· The pool gates have new spring hinges installed and locks serviced
· Stack shut off valves replaced and installed in Unit 21
· 1 New wash machines purchased and installed – 9 left to replace
· The walkway walls, carport poles and unit doors are being touched up with like paint
· Blowing of leaves continue
· Green ground lights are painted
· Washer and Dryers Being Serviced
· New Booster Pump is serviced to maintain Water Pressure
· All Elevators Electronics and Hydraulics have been serviced
· Lanai ledges up to 3^rd floor completed, now scheduled is 4^th and 5^th floor ledges
· New Welcome Booklets Made
· Clubhouse roof cleaned
