To Whom It May Concern:

We have experienced an unusually high water bill over the past two months. We discovered the reason for the high bill was due to a water leak in the pool. I have attached 2 separate invoices from our pool company who tried to repair the leak. The first time it was not repaired correctly and we had to call them approximately 2 weeks late to repair the leak again. I have also included the payment history which shows what the association paid last year at this time for the water bills.

We have ruled out the possibility of our owners using more water due to the fact that we have 34 of 103 units vacant.
