Dear Resident:

As you are aware, “All American Seal Coating” was in the process of providing Seal Coat and new stripe and label in the parking spaces and stones in areas on East Mall Drive. You received the map already for where the work will begin and the project is divided into three days. Parking for all residents and guests will be a “free for all” when it does begin. The only place you will not be able to park will be in the section labeled on the map that was just completed.

Unfortunately, the city of Ft. Myers requested a revaluation the project. Consequently, permitting is now delayed for undetermined length of time. These actions have resulted in a significant delay and a considerable increase in costs for the Association as well as an inconvenience to all the residents. We will give you notice when the project will continue. Please park your vehicle in your space as you would normally.

If there is a vehicle in the space and is not moved at the time they begin their work the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. The Towers Association Board of Directors is continuing to complete the goals they explained in their last letter to all owners and residents.
