To All Towers Residents

We have recently experiences several disturbing acts of people urinating in our stairwells. Most of theses unsavory acts have taken place in the Southwest stairwell between the 8th and 9th stack. It is our opinion that visitors leaving our premises after visiting with residents are conducting these disgusting, unhealthy and unlawful acts.

In light of this situation, we will strictly enforce our policy of requiring that all vehicles display either a resident parking sticker or a temporary-parking permit for visitors. Any vehicle, which is parked on our property beyond 12:00 AM without the aforementioned, will be towed at that owner’s expense. Additionally we will have increase nightly security patrols and if we observe anyone doing the unimaginable, we will make sure they are prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Our main objective is to continue to make the Towers a safe and healthy place for all of us to live, and we ask for your continued support in reporting to us or directly to the police any unlawful events, which you may observe.

Respectfully yours,

The Towers Condominium Association
