Dear Unit Owner or Tenant:
We would like to take this opportunity to bring you all up to date on certain events which will be taking place in the near future and remind you of some of our existing rules and regulations which are continuing to be strictly enforced.
First we would like to alert you to the fact that we will be conducting mandatory inspections of all units to inspect for smoke detectors and the presence of the fire alarm warning system which is supposed to be located in each unit. Please note that all two bedroom units are to have three detectors, one in the hallway and one each in the bedrooms with the one bedroom having two detectors. The necessity has been prompted by a most recent fire in one of our fifth floor units. In addition, we will be checking all units for water leaks, such as running toilets, leaking faucets and shower heads which can result in adding to our extremely high water and sewer usage. Our governing documents allow us entry to any and all units to protect the safety and well being of all occupants and we feel that we need to conduct this search in a timely fashion. Our maintenance person Mark Alonso will be starting on Monday August 25, 2008 and we will post the schedule in the elevators and on the message boards. We appreciate your anticipated cooperation.
Once again we must remind everyone that our towing policy is in effect and that all vehicles parked on our property beyond 12:00 AM must have either a Towers Parking Sticker or have a Guest or Temporary Pass prominently displayed in their windshield. Failure to comply with the above will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense. Parking passes may be obtained by contacting Terry Ondak at 239-292-7153. We would also like to remind everyone that any guests must register with Alliant Property Management with in 72 hours and have a complete background check done if their stay is for more than 14 continuous days. Failure to comply will result in the guest being removed for trespassing.
A few housekeeping notes:
We are continuing the painting of our hallways (schedule will be posted)
Dumpsters are for household trash only. Do not leave any trash outside of Dumpster doors
Belfor has been on the property several times repairing roof deficiencies as part of warranty work with no additional cost to us.
Please be aware of the fact that any and all questions relative to the operation of the Towers should be directed to Derek Miller our CAM at Alliant Property Management at 239-454-1101. Any questions for rental inquiries should be directed to Kirsten Cantello and if you have any billing questions please direct them to Colin Jenkins who can also be reached at the above number.
