Dear John:
On behalf of the Board of Directors of The Towers Condominium Association, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your entire organization, with special thanks to Derek Miller for outstanding assistance, in aiding us in returning The Towers to a premier property. As you know, the current Board was faced with an inordinate amount of serious problems when they took over the reins last April. We are proud to say that of this date The Towers has rectified all outstanding code violations, has had the fire roof claim completed, and has had the entire building and carports painted. The City of Fort Myers has been so impressed with our progress that they have decided at a hearing held on February 14th to release us from an outstanding fines to a minimum. We have many more obstacles yet to overcome. We would not have been able to accomplish all that we have to date without the full cooperation and assistance provided by your organization.
