Alliant Property Management
September 14, 2017

Good Evening:

Alliant operations are up and running however the Fort Myers and Naples office and most of Fort Myers remain without power. Many gas stations are up and running but supplies are limited lines are long. Cape Coral has restored most areas with electricity. Sanibel has restored approximately 50% electricity and there is no 911 service. Your Alliant manager has been in communication with your Board of Directors and have been on site to survey damages and initiate cleanup with vendors. The Alliant managers have been working diligently despite the lack of gas and electricity and continue to work through the challenging conditions. We are hopeful that FPL will have electricity restored to the south Fort Myers area by the end of this weekend. We are planning on normal operations at the Alliant offices beginning on Monday September 18th, 2017.

Thank you for your patience.

Alliant Association Management

Respectfully
