This beautiful building has been recently renovated and totally revamped by an excellent Condo Association Board. An owner-elected team of business professionals, the Board has restored the pride, security and value of this luxury condominium building. The units are affordable and functional, with one and two bedroom units available. All one and two bedroom units have screened lanais, many overlooking the beautifully landscaped pool, courtyard and clubhouse. All Owners and permanent residents have parking permits. Each unit includes private covered resident parking, with ample visitor parking for guests. Visitor passes are required and available for overnight guests.

· New towing signs have been places in all designated areas of the property
· Board of Directors office is completed
· Floor numbers have been added in all stairwells
· A new fifteen foot tree has been planted in the courtyard
· New automatic lights have been place in all laundry rooms and like the restroom will stay on for 15 minutes and will automatically shut off
· New 600 pound Propane Tank has been installed underground
· Clubhouse and restroom updates are completed
· Four new gas grills have been added
· Twenty-Four Security Cameras in operation with new camera software
· Restrooms have been updated and have new automatic lighting
· All elevators have been retiled
· Parking stripes, handicap, arrows and stencils for guest and reserved parking are painted
· New sod has been planted in areas with shrubbery
· New light is added by North West side walkway
· Flowers have been planted
· The roof has been serviced by Crowther Roofing for the winter months
· All Elevators have new mother boards as well as new hydraulics installed
· New Sump pumps for all elevators have been installed
· Pool heater is serviced and heat is on
· Carport poles are painted
· The pool leak has been repaired
· A new sand filter has been installed for the pool
· There is a new fence installed around pool heater and heat pump
· The dumpster door is replaced
· The pool gate has new security fence
· The pool gates have new spring hinges installed
· The pool has a new safety rope
· House Electrical Panels have been updated by Patrick’s Electric
· Palm Trees and other trees have been trimmed
· New exterior lights have been added around the building
· A new heat pump has been installed
· All building lights have been place on photocells devices
· New perimeter gates were installed by Tropical Fence by the southeast and northwest side of the property
· New umbrellas have been placed by the pool replacing the umbrellas that were split from strong winds
· The walkway walls, carport poles and unit doors are being touched up with like paint.
· Car stops are painted
· The pool furniture straps are replaced where needed
· A new landscaper has been contracted. They are performing the lawn cutting, trimming, edging and scrub care to our grounds
· A new water gate valve for the 8, 9, and 19 stacks has been installed because of water leaks. We apologize for the inconvenience and that the water was off. It is completed
Our Sprinkler Maintenance Company has completed the repairs and replacement of spraying heads to our system.

Some units are available for purchase, and quality renovation teams are available for hire. On-site Project Management is also offered for either updating units for new purchases or current owners. Maintenance fees include: all water and sewer usage, landscaping, lawn service, five laundry rooms located on each floor, pest control for interior and exterior, irrigation for landscaping, general maintenance and cleaning, building janitorial services, city garbage and recycle pickup, Insurance coverage for exterior, pool service, gas heat for pool in winter months, monitored grounds, lighted grounds, recorded security cameras, service for three elevators, private mailboxes, clubhouse, and Professional Management Company. The Towers also has a monitored fire alarm warning system with sensors located in each unit. All record keeping and financial services are provided by the Alliant Property Management Company.
