The Towers Condominium Association Membership approved by two-thirds votes by Ballot, Proxy and Written Consent and Joinder form the following:
To forego the retrofitting of fire sprinklers and other engineered life safety system as set forth in Florida Statues 718.112(2)(1) and Florida Administrative Code Sections 61B-23.002(3) and (4).
To change to section 11.2 of the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium of the Towers, a condominium to change the minimum lease term to one year.
