Dear Resident,
Recently a few of our employees came down with virus-like symptoms and subsequently tested positive for Covid-19. Therefore, in accordance with CDC guidelines as well as in an abundance of caution, we will be adjusting our overall physical presence within the Alliant office.
The entire team at Alliant is dedicated to ensuring our associations continue to operate without interruption, even with staff working remotely. We are fortunate to have leading-edge technology already in place, which will ensure business continuity. As a resident you can continue to contact us as follows: the main phone line, email (apmsupport@alliantproperty.com), through your community portal/website (preferred), or through Alliant's website (www.alliantproperty.com) where you can submit a support ticket. Due to the time of year and current pandemic we have been receiving higher than normal call volumes. While we will continue to be fully operational and will make every effort to handle all business in a timely manner, please note that you may experience a delay in our response time apart from emergencies. We are also limiting all visitors to the office for your safety.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate our way through the pandemic. We will send out updates as necessary, and our "virtual" doors are always open should you have any concerns.
