The Towers Condominiums continues to monitor your safety as residents in our lovely home by constantly monitoring the parking lot. This effort ensures that your vehicles are safe, and that no unauthorized vehicles are on the premises. All guest vehicles must display a Guest Parking Pass, which can be obtained through Terry Ondak, Board President.
You will find the necessary "Guest Form" required for guests which allow you to obtain a Guest Parking Pass under the "Condo Information" heading. These Guest Parking Pass are valid for a specific period of time and must be renewed should your guests stay longer than originally anticipated.
Please be advised that in order to ensure that these needs are met, we have a very strict towing policy in place. The following are the condo rules as stated:
Section 1.17 states:
All residents must obey displayed signs, parking regulations, flow of traffic direction, in regarding to the driveways and parking areas. Vehicles shall not be parked in a manner that would impede or prevent access by another resident, fire equipment, police, or ambulance. All vehicles must be in good repair, properly registered for operation on public streets and have the Towers tag, provided by the Association, place on the windshield. All registered vehicles must match owner’s name on deed or title or lease. Overnight guest vehicle must have a temporary pass and or guest pass from the Association management or Board member. The Association will remove any vehicle without a current registration, or having expired tags, or not being in good repair (at the Association’s discretion), or without having a Towers tag, temporary pass, guest pass from 12 midnight to 6 am at the owner’s expense.
Should you fail to secure the proper Guest Parking Pass and your vehicle is towed, please contact Red’s O.K. Auto Towing at 239-936-4461, for information needed to retrieve the vehicle. Any vehicles parking in Handicapped or undesignated spaces that do not have proper authorization will also be towed by Red’s O.K. Towing. It is your responsibility to park in designated areas only.
