All rental tenants are subject to background checks, and must go through an orientation and be accepted by the Board prior to rental of units. The grounds are continuously monitored and parking regulations strictly enforced to ensure the safety of the residents. Video surveillance throughout the property maintains the highest level of security possible for Towers residents and guests.

Attached are the required forms that you will be asked to complete when renting one of The Towers Condominiums units. Please submit the completed forms prior to finalizing any plans to stay at The Towers, as acceptance is mandatory.
