As part of The Towers Condominiums continuing efforts to keep our property in pristine condition, the following maintenance items are being addressed:
· All floor walkways, window sills are painted
· New Light installed by bike rack
· Washers and dryers are being painted
· New grills are installed
· New grill platforms
· New Fence along NW corner of building
· New Trees are planted
· New Palm trees are planted
· All curbing is pressure washed
· New shrubs are planted throughout Property
· New Light for Towers sign on street
· All Doors are painted
· Storage Lockers emptied and re-assigned to owners
· Stones placed on street
· All drains snaked
· New plants placed around pool
· Signs are placed by All Garbage chutes
· 9 Cameras replaced – New Video DVR’s Installed
· New wiring replaced for cameras
· 16 more Cameras are added to present System
· Website is updated for Numerous Areas

· New Telephone Board are installed for the south elevator
· Carports are being replaced and painted
· New sod has been planted in areas with shrubbery
· Flowers have been planted
· The roof has been serviced by Crowther Roofing for the winter/spring months
· New section of roof has been installed on Southeast Side of Building
· New Sump pumps for all elevators have been installed
· Pool heater is serviced and heat is on
· New electrical boards for Elevators have been installed
· Fascia perimeter on building has been pressure washed
· Fire Boxes have been painted
· The dumpster rooms have been painted
· The pool gates have new spring hinges installed
· New Gates have been installed in NW and SE corners
· New Fence with Locks installed around Bike Rack
· House Electrical Panels have been updated
· New shut off valves replaced in dumpster rooms
· 625 bags of mulch are ordered
· Palm Trees and other trees have been trimmed
· New exterior lights have been added around the building
· New umbrellas have been placed by the pool replacing the umbrellas that were split from strong winds
· The walkway walls, carport poles and unit doors are being touched up with like paint
· Electrical wiring replace on South side of Building Lights
· New Back-Flow Valve installed on Street
· Laundry machines have been painted
· Main Water valve is scheduled for replacement
· Clubhouse air handler shelve is repaired
· Green ground lights are painted
· New Booster Pump Installed to maintain Water Pressure
· New shrubs added around pool
· Fire door is ordered
· A new water gate valve for the 11 stack has been installed because of water leaks. We apologize for the inconvenience and that the water was off, It is completed
· Our Sprinkler Maintenance Company has completed the repairs and replacement of spraying heads to our system

· All Elevators Electronics and Hydraulics replaced where required
· New Telephone Boards added for Elevators
· New Welcome Booklets Made
· New Channels Place on Electrical Panels on Individual Condensers on Roof to secure Covers
· New Tankless Water Heater Installed in Clubhouse
· New Air-Handler for A/C in Clubhouse
· New Sensors installed in Dumpster and Elevator rooms
· All Electrical Lines on Roof Secured
· All A/C Condenser Lines are secure and wrapped
· All A/C Condensers are secure on stands
· New Electrical installed for Booster Pump
· New Electrical outlets installed for new DVRs
· Clubhouse Doors on South Side planed and Painted
· Ten New Carport Lights Ordered
· Elevator Pits have been Cleaned

PLEASE NOTE: Southwest Lawn Care will be spraying the trees and shrubs for insects, as well as fertilizing the lawns next week. Please watch for their signs and temporarily avoid any areas as suggested.
