Due to popular demand, 4 new gas grills have been installed by the pool area. We are happy to provide this amenity to our Residents and hope you will enjoy using the new grills.

In order to maintain the condition of our new grills, please follow the enclosed rules:

GRILLING RULES POSTED IN POOL AREA:
1.) REMOVE COVER AND OPEN TOP OF GRILL
2.) OPEN SWINGING DOOR BELOW
3.) TURN DIAL TIMER ON FOR GAS TO FLOW
4.) TURN GAS BURNERS TO LOW
5.) PRESS IGNITER UNTIL BURNERS IGNITE
6.) COOKING BURN OFF REMAINING PARTICLES OF FOOD
7.) SCRAPE ENTIRE GRILL GRATES
8.) TURN BURNERS OFF
9.) WIPE AND CLEAN EXTERIOR AFTER USE
10.) CLOSE GRILL AND PLACE COVER AFTER GRILL IS COOL

Please Do Not place Charcoal in grill as it will cause severe and permanent damage!
