The Towers Condominium Association, Inc.

In an effort to keep all Residents and Owners informed of the status of the post-Irma clean up and repairs at The Towers Condominiums, we will be posting updates on our progress as they occur. Please share this information with your neighbors and hopefully we can answer questions for everyone before they are asked.

We are working diligently to restore all areas that were damaged or littered as quickly as possible for the safety and well-being of all our Residents. The list below provides the current information:

    · Crowther roofing has assessed the roof damage and the materials are on order;

    · A service call has been placed with the elevator company for necessary repairs and safety checks;

    · All lighting has been restored in the common areas;

    · All ground lights have been repaired;

    · All damaged exit lights have been replaced;

    · We have an electrician under contract who will replace any damaged emergency lighting;

    · We have requested and are still waiting on an estimate for carports repairs;

    · The gas company is still checking for gas leaks, so the grills will remain closed for the safety of our Residents until further notice;

    · The pool is still closed to all, and will remain closed until we are assured it is safe to enjoy;

    · 90% of the grounds clean-up is completed, including debris and foliage removal;

    · We lost 4 palm trees on the north side of the building, one palm on the west side, and six trees in the courtyard, including the 2 Silver Frost trees;

    · Numerous Hibiscus bushes that have been destroyed will be replaced with grape leave bushes;

    · The oldest, largest shrubbery near the clubhouse was lost in the storm;

    · The sprinkler system is still off-line and will be restored as quickly as possible.

Please inform Terry Ondak of any dry wall repair needed in your unit after you have submitted a claim with your insurance company.

Also - Remember that all curfews remain in effect in Ft. Myers until further notice, so please remember to follow these important rules and regulations for the safety of our Towers families.

Keep in mind that there are several visitors on the property at this time, however we all need to be diligent in avoiding any potential looters. If you see something, say something! Our security cameras are operational so we will continue to monitor the grounds to the best of our ability.

Any further requests for information please contact Terry Ondak at 239-292-7153. He will take phone calls only, no texting. Please remember the Association is responsible for the repairs and clean up and not Alliant Property Management.

On behalf of the board of directors,

Frank Coffey, CAM
Alliant Property Management
